About Us
You can feel confident in your decision-making when supported by Project Enable. We provide the best possible support coordination so that you can be confident you are making the right choices throughout the process of your plan. We focus on supporting you to build skills and direct your life so that you are always in control.
Our team assists NDIS participants with plan coordination - including provider negotiations, life stage transitions, and accommodation and tenancy. The Project Enable team is all that you need us to be when you need us most.

Sharon - Founder/Director
My name is Sharon I am the founder and owner of Project Enable, I am an extremely motivated, passionate and driven person. Our philosophies and culture at Project Enable is based on my belief of equality and every person having the opportunity to live their best life their way. We are a creative, invested listening team ready to collaborate, enable and inspire.
With a Masters In Education I have worked with children, youth and families from early intervention, in schools and transitioning to adult life. I have worked in Government, Education and Not for Profit in many challenging and diverse roles. I am super excited to share Project Enable with our regional communities.

Shona - Administration & Business Leadership
Following a career in Business Administration with a large multi National I was ready for something new. The change to a small local business that really cares about people and its local community has been an exciting challenge and change from my past roles. With a love for all things business and administration I have had the opportunity to test my skills and become part of the PE family. I’m a local Gippslander passionate about my family, cricket, the outdoors, our environment and my garden. I enjoy working with all of PE’s stakeholders from participants to NDIS and everyone in between.

Kohdi - Junior Admin Support
Hi My name is Kohdi. I came to Project Enable as a student and have since started a traineeship here whilst finishing my last year of schooling.
I have recently completed my certificate III in business. I’m passionate about all things people related (just a fun fact about me) and love being part of the Project Enable team. I look forward to connecting with you soon and continuing my professional growth here at Project Enable.

Ingrid - Team Leader
Hi my name is Ingrid, I am the intrepid traveller of Project Enable and love exploring this country of ours. I grew up in the Netherlands and travel is part of who I am. My partner and I have travelled and worked our way around Australia three now, I tend to get itchy feet every 5 or so years but always love returning to our home in South Gippsland.
My most relevant career highlights have been working in Disability Employment Services, creating pathways for people to employment and most recently as a Local Area Coordinator (LAC) with training responsibilities.
I'm passionate about people, their sense of value within their communities and kindness while being real.
I have a strong sense of team and culture as the leader of the Project Enable team I look forward to creating positive change.

Peter - Support Coordination/Recovery Coach
Hi my name is Peter. I am a Recovery Coach/ Support Coordinator at Project Enable. I am passionate, empathetic and take great pride in helping to make a difference in people’s lives, especially those living with a mental health condition.
To compliment this, I have experience in crisis support, support work/mentoring and training. Via my studies I have gained a strong awareness of mental health issues and their prevalence in our local regional communities.
Through my work at Project Enable I look forward to supporting participants on their recovery journey to live more fulfilled, active and rewarding lives whilst in their chosen community.

Luke - Support Coordinator
Luke has been a local for most of his life and would take the country over the city any day. Previous to his role at Project Enable he spent almost 14 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and five years in gym management. In 2024 Luke took out the Victorian Body Building title! He lives with his fiance and two dogs and is looking forward to his up coming wedding.

Heather - Support Coordinator
Heather is a mum of two sons and a Nanna to three gorgeous grandkids. Outside of her husband and family, Heather is passionate about all things living, especially dogs of any breed; she has two poodles. Heather has an extensive career in nursing, mental health, and disability; like many of us, this has crossed over into her personal life. Making a difference in people’s lives is what drives Heather at Project Enable. Heather likes to remind us all not to count the days, but to make the days count. Kindness is the mark we leave on the world.

David - Project Employment Coordinator
Hi my name is David. I came into this role after 20 years working within the dairy industry. I was seeking a change where I could do something meaningful, for not only myself, but for others as well. Project Enable has given me this opportunity and I look forward to growing in this space and getting out there to change lives. I have found a home here at Project Enable and really enjoy working with a team that is passionate, bold and skilled. I look forward to applying my wealth of knowledge and skills I learnt across various roles within the dairy industry. I am excited to support individuals looking for open employment, volunteering or making the very exciting transition from school to post school options.

Rachel - Enable Freedom
Hi my name is Rachel, I have actually been with Project Enable since almost the beginning! I have worked in the Support Work team and now have the opportunity to Lead the team at Enable Freedom (support work) which is the area of Project Enable that I'm most passioante, competent and confident in! I'm super excited to grow the Enable Freedom team as support workers provide the opportunity to truly influence and support participants to reach their full potential and goals/dreams/aspirations which makes my heart sing! Each and everyone of our participants is an amazing and unique person.
I’m a mum and grandma have a background in aged care along with many other career deviations that provides me with a wealth of skills and knowledge to draw from. I have more than 6 years experience with the NDIS and am super passionate about helping kids, families and individuals achieve their NDIS goals.

My purpose as a Support Worker is to support the participants to fulfil their goals and to first hand see the reward I have given them overtime to help express themsleves of the best verison of them in everyday life.

Daisy - Junior Support Officer
Daisy is a black lab who helps our team as a support officer. She helps make sure everyone on the team feels cared for and supported, sometimes with just a little bit of affection or just a tail wag and a smile.
